In her role as Director of Talent Management at Brother International Corporation, Ms. Lane oversees all aspects of human resources for the company. She is responsible for the hiring, managing and retaining of talented professionals to ensure the company maintains a superior workforce. One of the premier providers of products for the home, home office and office, Brother International's US headquarters is located in Bridgewater, New Jersey. The company specializes in marketing industrial, home and business products that are manufactured by Brother Industries, Ltd., its parent company located in Nagoya, Japan.
Ms. Lane received her Bachelor degree in Education from Montclair State University. She is currently involved with the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
