Self-motivated, results oriented and driven to succeed, Ana Flor is a seasoned professional who has constantly set her goals to keep pace with her highest aspirations for personal excellence. Throughout her career, she has exhibited exemplary teamwork, expertise, integrity and dedication.
Ms. Flor is Food Safety Director / Human Resources at Orange County Produce, which specializes in agriculture and produce. In her role, she has consistently proven her skills and expertise in project management, food safety and policies and procedures for both agriculture and human resources.
“My goal is to continue to grow professionally and advance to the position of Manager and eventually Director in the Human Resources field,” she said.
Ms. Flor received her Master’s degree in Kinesiology from California State University at Fullerton. She is currently involved with SHRM and PIHRA. Outside of her remarkable professional pursuits, Ms. Flor is a passionate and devoted supporter of charitable organizations such as the National Brain Tumor Society.
In her current position within Orange County Produce, Ms. Flor fully utilizes the dedication and aspirations for success that have earned her this recognition from the National Association of Professional Women, honoring her as an inspiration and a leader in her industry.
