As CEO and Creative Director, her areas of expertise are partnering with the agency’s clients to achieve sales and marketing goals through results-oriented campaigns, designs and brand strategies.

Ms. McDill is justifiably proud of her achievement of becoming a successful entrepreneur, while also combining it with her passion for marketing and design. She obtained a degree from the California College of the Arts and has received numerous marketing and design awards over the years for clients such as JohnsonDiversey, Grimmway Farms, Martinelli’s, SunOpta Grains & Foods Group and Alterness Solutions.
Through McDill Associates, she is involved in several organizations including Produce Marketing Association, The American Advertising Federation, Network of Executive Women, The Food Consultants Group and United Fresh. Ms. McDill also serves as the Board President for Jacob’s Heart Children’s Cancer Support Services, which provides support for parents and families who are suffering with their child or young loved one battling cancer.
