Heather Rossetti is currently an Associate Manager of Sales Administration at NuVasive, in San Diego, CA. She serves as liaison to senior leadership and manages processes related to sales territory alignments, quota setting, special compensation plans, customer master maintenance and sales reporting. Ms. Rossetti’s skills and areas of expertise include sales operations, leadership, event planning and fundraising.
NuVasive is an innovative medical device company focused on developing minimally disruptive surgical products and procedures for the spine. Through technological advancements, the company has successfully progressed major spine surgery to where many patients have experienced extraordinary results. Patients are often walking the same day of surgery, experiencing less blood loss and spending much less time in the hospital.
Ms. Rossetti received her Bachelor’s degree from James Madison University and is currently working towards certifications in grant writing and fundraising. She is extremely passionate about animal welfare and successfully planned, coordinated and executed Farm Sanctuary’s “San Diego Walk for Farm Animals” annual fundraiser in 2013 and 2014.
