The National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) honors Cheryl Dozier as a 2015-2016 inductee into its VIP Woman of the Year Circle. She is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in business. NAPW is the nation's leading networking organization exclusively for professional women, boasting more than 700,000 members and over 200 operating Local Chapters.

“I'm pleased to recognize Cheryl with this important honor,” says NAPW President Star Jones. “Her perseverance, work ethic and leadership qualities are an inspiration to all women.”

After a successful career as a Division I College Basketball coach, Cheryl Dozier decided to go back to her hometown in Michigan to enter the field of real estate. She joined forces with her brother Curt Dozier. An established Broker at Remerica Home Town III, he has been providing real estate services in Livingston, Macomb, Monroe, Oakland, Wayne and Washtenaw counties for the past 18 years.

Upon entering the field, Ms. Dozier found that real estate was similar to coaching; it is as much about people as it is about the homes they buy and sell. Now after eight years, most of her business comes from referrals. Understanding that real estate will probably be the biggest purchase an individual or couple will make in their lifetime, Ms. Dozier is very diligent about all aspects of the sales process, from point of contact to closing. The secret of her success is she always goes that extra mile for her clients.

Remerica Home Town III and its staff are experts in real estate services for residential, sale and lease, new construction, relocation and vacant land in this area. Ms. Dozier’s goal is to continue to build her company and keep an evolving business model, as real estate is constantly changing and bringing new sets of challenges.
