At Hyperion, Ms. Sigel designed and managed the Quality Systems from Phase 2 Clinical Studies to the approval of RAVICTI® (glycerol phenylbutyrate) Oral Liquid for chronic management of adult and pediatric patients less than 2 years of age with urea cycle disorders (UCDs). Prior to Hyperion, Ms. Sigel held various positions within Quality at biopharmaceuticals companies CV Therapeutics, Inc., Genelabs Technologies, Inc., Santen, Inc., and DEY Laboratories, a subsidiary of Mylan, Inc. Ms. Sigel holds a M.S. in Biology from California State University, Chico and is a certified by the American Society for Quality as a Quality Auditor.
