As Branch Manager of the Westlake Village Office at Troop Real Estate, Inc., Ms. Caughey utilizes her skills and areas of expertise in recruiting, retention, coaching, contract management and sales.

Ms. Caughey earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California – Berkeley in Psychology, English and Education. She was recently rewarded for her efforts when she joined the Women’s Council of Realtors.
