The National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) honors Kelly Willenberg as a 2015-2016 inductee into its VIP Woman of the Year Circle. She is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in healthcare. NAPW is the nation's leading networking organization exclusively for professional women, boasting more than 700,000 members and over 200 operating Local Chapters.

Ms. Willenberg, M.B.A., B.S.N., has nearly three decades of experience in clinical research, with extensive knowledge in clinical trials management, research compliance and all aspects of billing compliance. She started her career in healthcare as a Nurse and specialized in oncology.

As President and CEO of Kelly Willenberg, LLC, Ms. Willenberg leads a team of highly experienced Research Compliance Advocates. Her company provides clients with an array of services to help them reach their compliance goals. Ms. Willenberg and her colleagues also share their combined knowledge of the industry by regularly presenting at conferences, associations and local events, as well as conducting workshops that focus on specific industry-related topics.

Certified in Healthcare Research Compliance and Healthcare Compliance, Ms. Willenberg's previous positions include Director of Billing Compliance and Director of the Clinical Trials Office for the Cancer Center. She was a contributing writer for the Research Compliance Professional’s Handbook for the Healthcare Compliance Association (HCCA) and also serves as a faculty member for HCCA’s Research Compliance Academy. She earned her M.B.A. from California Coast University.
