The National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) honors Cathryn Coupe as a 2015-2016 inductee into the NAPW VIP Woman of the Year Circle. Self-motivated, results oriented and driven to succeed, Cathryn “Caddie” Coupe is a seasoned professional who has constantly set her goals to keep pace with her highest aspirations for personal excellence. Throughout her career, she has exhibited exemplary teamwork, expertise, integrity and dedication.

Ms. Coupe’s professional title is Director of New Student Programs at Abilene Christian University, which specializes in higher education. Her skills and areas of expertise include empowering students to achieve their goals, mentoring students, orientation programs, event planning, public speaking, student affairs and much more.

Drawn to and passionate about charitable organizations such as the Humane Society, World Wide Witness and the West Texas Food Bank, Ms. Coupe is active in her local church. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Abilene Christian University and is currently studying for her M.Ed. in Higher Education Administration. Ms. Coupe received the Purple and White Award for exemplifying integrity, honesty and dependability.

The unwavering dedication demonstrated by Ms. Coupe fully utilizes the aspirations for success that have earned her this recognition from the National Association of Professional Women, honoring her as an inspiration and a leader in her industry.
