National Association of Professional Women Announces Kari L. Ogea, Business Development Mngr. at Structural Preservation Systems, a 2015 Professional Woman of the Year
Garden City, NY (PRWEB) March 10, 2015 -- NAPW honors Kari L. Ogea, Business Development Manager at Structural Preservation Systems, LLC, as a 2015 Professional Woman of the Year. Ms. Ogea is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in business. Kari L. Ogea received her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from McNeese State University in May 2011. Throughout college, she worked at the school's health and fitness center for five years as a Customer Service Representative and Membership Coordinator, while interning with the Department of Energy for two summers at the Strategic Petroleum Reserve in Hackberry, LA.
Ms. Ogea was hired by Structural Preservation Systems, LLC, shortly after college graduation. She worked as a Project Manager for three years, focusing on large industrial concrete restoration turnaround projects. Ms. Ogea was recently promoted to Business Development Manager in May 2014.
Currently, Ms. Ogea serves as Territory Business Development Manager, and is responsible for territories from Lake Charles, LA, to the Golden Triangle area in Texas. Her duties include bid package reviews, contract review, pre-bid meetings, bid strategy meetings, bid document preparations, company proposal development, contract negotiations, pre-qualification process, bid follow-up process and hand-off meetings. She is responsible for reaching a sales goal of $5.8 million in concrete restorations services in 2015.
