In February of 2002, Ms. Gottlich became the CEO and Managing Consultant of Wallace Rose Investments, LLC. There, she brings her impressive history as a skilled Enterprise Portfolio Program Manager with expertise in business / IT architecture to oversee all levels of software and / or product lifecycle. This includes requirements elicitation, architecture and design, budgeting and creation of effective communication and workflow channels.
Ms. Gottlich diligently ensures that not only are functional requirements captured for the Enterprise Program Portfolio, but also the all-too-often-missed non-functional requirements. She analyzes current business processes and IT infrastructure and, in a collaborative manner with the client team using TOGAF, ITIL, architecture and program best practices, she drives the delivery of programs, business architecture and road maps that best meet corporate strategic objectives.
In addition to her vast capabilities, Ms. Gottlich is highly experienced in AGILE / SCRUM, software engineering, release management, CM, test management and governance. To date, she has effectively maintained solid vendor relationships and ensured on-time program / product completion for each project she has taken on.
