Ms. Anderson is responsible for the oversight of bankruptcies, the sales unit, liquor licenses and gaming licenses.
Ms. Anderson’s role as director encompasses the monitoring of collections for the entire city of Chicago. She is well-versed in the legalities of the collection process including statute of limitations and all actions deemed necessary by the state for the outstanding debts of its citizens. Ms. Anderson oversees all the categories that come under the realm of collections such as liens, seizures, wages, assets, revocation or suspension of licenses and tax certificates. Her unparalleled work ethic and integrity have made it possible to deliver citizens' services in a timely and effective manner. Ms. Anderson has a Master's degree in Computer Science from DePaul University.
