NAPW Inducts Cynthia Cicchelli, Associate Dean of Operations, Curriculum & Assessment at Schoolcraft College, Into its VIP Professional Woman of the Year Circle

Ms. Cicchelli is the Associate Dean of Operations, Curriculum and Assessment at Schoolcraft College, a comprehensive, open door, community-based college located in Livonia, MI. According to its website, the college offers classes, certificate programs and Associate degrees in more than 70 different majors. From traditional classroom settings to online courses, classes are offered in a variety of formats to accommodate every student.
In her role at Schoolcraft College, Ms. Cicchelli oversees the Operations, Curriculum and Assessment department, managing the day-to-day operations as she and her staff work with faculty, college administrators and others to “design, develop and deliver curriculum using strategic processes and methods to enhance opportunities for student success and ensure continuous quality improvement.”
With the college for nearly 20 years, Ms. Cicchelli has held a variety of positions, including most recently CEPD Instructor, Director of Operations, Curriculum & Assessment, Director of Curriculum & Assessment and Distance Learning Contract Instructional Designer. Ms. Cicchelli has a Master’s degree in Education from Wayne University and is currently enrolled in a Doctorate program.
