Fanny Korman selected for her outstanding leadership and commitment within her profession

The National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) honors Fanny Korman as a 2015-2016 inductee into the NAPW VIP Woman of the Year Circle. She is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in business. With more than 700,000 members and over 200 operating Local Chapters, NAPW is the nation’s leading networking organization exclusively for professional women.

As a native Spanish and English speaker with a multi-cultural background, she brings to her clients a deep and personal understanding behind the nuances of cultural diversity. Using this expertise, she has developed a unique consulting service through her business, FZK Performance Solutions.

As President of FZK Performance Solutions, Ms. Korman facilitates meetings, delivers workshops and professional development courses to enhance leadership skills, develop strategic thinking skills and provides team building workshops to help clients succeed as a result of collaboration and trust. As a business professional, these qualities speak to the exceptional skill Ms. Korman possesses.

Ms. Korman earned her Master of Arts from Concordia University in Educational Technology, where she was Chapter President for the International Society for Performance Improvement. She also earned her Master of Education from Temple University at Philadelphia in Special Education, graduating Magne Cum Laude.
