The National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) honors Judy Ward as a 2015-2016 inductee into its VIP Woman of the Year Circle. She is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in business and spirituality. NAPW is the nation's leading networking organization for professional women, boasting more than 700,000 members and over 200 Local Chapters.

"I’m pleased to welcome Judy into this exceptional group of professional women," said NAPW President Star Jones." Her passion and experience are valuable assets to her company and community."

Organized and efficient, Ms. Ward is an excellent administrator and multi-tasker. “I have been at my current position for 19 years,” says Ms. Ward of her role at Lee Lewis Construction. “I work for Mr. Lewis and am the Office Manager, Corporate Secretary and Project Assistant for four Project Managers.” “I love helping people and enjoy solving problems,” she says. “It is very rewarding to watch a project go from start to completion.”

Ms. Ward takes that same passion for helping others and getting things done to her other important role: Co-Pastor at Covenant Hope Fellowship Church. In leadership roles with her husband for the past 26 years, the two established their own church five years ago.

Through her work as a mentor for Christian Women’s Job Corp, Ms. Ward helps young women get their lives together. “We meet with them weekly and offer counseling, financial guidance and Bible studies. We help them find somewhere to live, a job, daycare and anything else they might need,” says Ms. Ward, who hopes to eventually work in full-time ministry with her husband. “This is my passion, helping young women get back on their feet and to understand that God does have a purpose and plan for their lives,” she says.
