Lynn M. Rhoads is recognized as an NAPW VIP Woman of the Year for her outstanding leadership and commitment within her profession.

NAPW honors Lynn M. Rhoads, Senior Vice President of Corporate Events / Community Engagement at Vantiv, Cincinatti, as a 2014-2015 Professional Woman of the Year. Ms. Rhoads is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in business. As the largest, most-recognized networking organization of professional women in the country, spanning virtually every industry and profession, the National Association of Professional Women is a powerfully vibrant networking community with over 600,000 members and over 200 Local Chapters.

As Senior VP at Vantiv, Cincinatti, Lynn Rhoads and her team execute Vantiv's community engagement and corporate giving. She uses her expertise in communications, marketing and employee engagement to manage all internal and external Vantiv company and client events, including its annual Client Partnership Forum attended by more than 690 clients and partners. Prior to her position at Vantiv, Ms. Rhoads was the Midwest Marketing Director at MAC Network, integrating the MAC branded ATM and POS network in the Midwest, including Consolidated Owl, Green Machine and Tellerfic.

Vantiv’s team of committed professionals has made the company one of the most trusted and respected organizations in the payment processing industry, as well as the nation's largest PIN debit acquirer.

Ms. Rhoads has a Bachelor of Science in Communications from the Xavier University.
