NAPW honors Susan Anwyll, CDA, PID, as a 2014-2015 Professional Woman of the Year. Ms. Anwyll is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in business. As the largest, most-recognized networking organization of professional women in the country, spanning virtually every industry and profession, the National Association of Professional Women is a powerfully vibrant networking community with over 600,000 members and over 200 Local Chapters.

“I started in the dental industry as a CDA (Certified Dental Assistant),” says Ms. Anwyll. “I wanted to use my clinical experience to support clinicians in a different way, so I pursued a sales role where my clinical and educational backgrounds would be an asset.”

As Technical and Territory Manager at Straumann, a global leader in implant, restorative and regenerative dentistry, Ms. Anwyll combines the expansive knowledge she has gained working in the industry as a CDA with the exceptional sales and business acumen she has acquired throughout her career. “I'm skilled in SAP, CRM and Business Warehouse to strategically plan sales growth,” says Ms. Anwyll. “I'm trained in multiple sales techniques to customize and execute sales in a streamlined manner. I'm fluent in dental procedures, terminology and studies to support predictable clinical outcomes for patients.”

Responsible for territory development, Ms. Anwyll’s focus is on continually growing both existing and new customers. She accomplishes this through strategic business planning as well as by providing clients with the educational and technical support they need. A dedicated professional, Ms. Anwyll stays one step ahead of the competition by keeping up-to-date with industry changes and new standards. “I am constantly learning and look forward to new challenges," she says.
