The National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) honors Pallavi Saha as a 2015-2016 inductee into its VIP Woman of the Year Circle. She is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in engineering. NAPW is the nation’s leading networking organization exclusively for professional women, boasting more than 700,000 members and over 200 operating Local Chapters.

Pallavi Saha is justifiably proud of her achievements. She has been a part of Nelson Packaging Company for almost a year, where as Manager Project Engineering, she is responsible for lean project engineering and capital management. At Nelson Packaging Company, employees are encouraged to exemplify the integrity, the customer care, the mutual respect, the diversity and the inclusivity that is known within the company.
Always knowing she would like to become an engineer, Ms. Saha has dedicated many years to her education. In 2007, she graduated from Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. She went on to earn her Master’s degree in Food Process Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology. While at Whirlpool Corp., she worked toward her Six Sigma certification. She currently is pursuing a degree in Strategic Decision and Risk Management at Stanford University.
Through her pursuit of continued professional development, Ms. Saha’s expert knowledge and skills have kept pace to meet the ever-evolving demands, technical advancement and project management techniques of her profession. She prides herself on her expertise in establishing a motivated team and implementing actions to ensure progressive development at Nelson Packaging Company, Inc.
