As a highly resourceful and effective engineering Program Director for Medtronic, a world leader in medical device technology, Lucy Nichols creates unique solutions to unmet clinical needs and aligning outcomes to stakeholders needs. “I have co-authored over 22 patents and contributed to over 15 abstracts for presentation at various Medtronic venues,” says Ms. Nichols. She is responsible for the efficient and predictable execution of multiple projects including collaborating and promoting innovation via several program initiatives and scientific collaborations. Her skills and areas of expertise include portfolio management, program/project management, people management, software engineering, strategic and operational planning and delivery of research systems for first-in-human use.
Ms. Nichols, who has an M.S. in Computer Science and Technology from the University of Minnesota, expertly leads world-wide cross functional teams with her in-depth knowledge in project management, engineering, clinical and regulatory management.
