Self-motivated and results driven to succeed, Jill Luciani is a seasoned professional who has constantly set her goals to keep pace with her highest aspirations for personal excellence. Throughout her career, she has exhibited exemplary teamwork, expertise, integrity and dedication.
Since first joining Walt Disney World nearly 30 years ago, Ms. Luciani has steadily climbed the corporate ladder at the famed entertainment complex. For the past 15 years, she has been Senior Project Manager of Construction. In that role, Ms. Luciani uses her leadership skills and industry expertise in project management, cross- functional teamwork, organization and communication as she manages projects from inception through completion. Overseeing a team of highly skilled professionals, she ensures all projects are completed in a timely, cost-effective manner.
In addition to her role at Disney, Ms. Luciani is a partner in Market America–SHOP. com, a brokerage, on-line direct marketing company offering the best in healthcare and anti-aging products and cosmetics. “I educate online shoppers on how to earn money through their shopping endeavors–all at no cost,” she said. “I also teach how this online shopping platform will help raise funds for nonprofit organizations.” Ms. Luciani helps others become successful, self-employed entrepreneurs.
Ms. Luciani has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Special Education. She is active in a number of professional organizations, including the Women’s Business Network and AWBA. Ms. Luciani also supports nonprofit organizations such as the ASPCA, the American Cancer Society and Autism Speaks.
