Mary Heckman is a self-motivated, results-oriented Certified Administrative Professional – Organizational Management (CAP-OM). Throughout her career, she has consistently demonstrated her strengths in the areas of coordination, planning and support of daily operational and administrative functions.
Ms. Heckman is currently the Executive Assistant and Chairman’s Personal Assistant at GID Investment Advisers, LLC, a privately owned international real estate investment firm. There, she provides administrative support for the Chairman, Vice Chairman / President and CEO and Senior Vice President. Her primary responsibilities include calendar management, phone call screening, meeting and event coordination, transcription, expense reporting and corporate card reconciliations. Since taking on her role in March 2006, she has played an essential role in the seamless execution of the firm’s senior-level executives.
In her current position within GID Investment Advisers, LLC, Ms. Heckman fully utilizes the dedication and aspirations for success that have earned her this recognition from the National Association of Professional Women, honoring her as an inspiration and a leader in her industry.
