National Association of Professional Women Announces Janice Ceasar, Facility Administrative Manager at Siemens, a 2014 Professional Woman of the Year

Ms. Ceasar is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in facility managment. Her background in retail, project management and client services has equipped her with the ability to excel in any position requiring planning, appraising job results, coordinating, enforcing systems policies and employee retention.
Ms. Ceasar is no stranger to retail. Her background also includes experience as a General Store Manager for two retail giants, Tuesday Morning and K-Mart. At Ameriprise Financial Services she provided exceptional support of its client base, until coming on board with Siemens where she is responsible for planning events and conferences for more than 200 attendees four times a year. Ms. Ceasar also assists the general manager of Siemens' U.S. division of wind energy and supervises its administrative staff.
Ms. Ceasar has a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Science degree in Management from Kaplan University.
