In 2012 a good friend of mine asked me if I wished to combine talents. He is an exceptional graphic designer, and with my fine art and computer graphic skills we could create a fresh look within the T-shirt / printed apparel and heat transfer industry.

NAPW honors Frances Kiperman as a 2014 Professional Woman of the Year. Ms. Kiperman is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in business. As the largest, most-recognized networking organization of professional women in the country, spanning virtually every industry and profession, the National Association of Professional Women is a powerfully vibrant networking community with over 600,000 members and nearly 300 Local Chapters.

“In 2012 a good friend of mine asked me if I wished to combine talents. He is an exceptional graphic designer, and with my fine art and computer graphic skills we could create a fresh look within the T-shirt / printed apparel and heat transfer industry,” said Ms. Kiperman.

Ms. Kiperman, who has been an avid painter, jewelry designer and graphic designer for more than 35 years, has since established two successful businesses. She is the CEO of Keep Your Love Strong, a printed apparel company and Transfermations, a heat transfer factory in West Palm Beach.

From overseeing day-to-day operations and production, payroll, bookkeeping, staff and direct sales to creating and designing custom artwork for clients, Ms. Kiperman uses both her business acumen as well as her artistic skills to expertly manage all financial and creative aspects of each company. She hopes to continue to expand both businesses, purchasing automated machinery that will allow for increased production.

Active in a number of charitable endeavors, Ms. Kiperman has recently signed on as a board member of the nonprofit, Light it Up Green for Muscular Dystrophy. “My friend, Nadine Kirby, whose son has Duchennes, has been working diligently to receive proclamations from the governors of each state to turn landmarks green and proclaim August as Muscular Dystrophy awareness month,” says Ms. Kiperman, who is diagnosed with Myasthenia Gravis.
