The National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) honors Cynthia Snyder as a 2015-2016 inductee into its VIP Woman of the Year Circle. She is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in business. NAPW is the nation’s leading networking organization exclusively for professional women, boasting 850,000 members and over 200 operating Local Chapters.

Cynthia (Cindi) Snyder is an Independent Financial Services Representative who has succeeded in helping businesses save a considerable amount of money by changing 401k providers. She is highly skilled in helping employees understand their retirement plans and their fund choices.Cindi also helps employees by completing a Financial Needs Analysis for each person.

“I am adept at teaching my clients to make smart decisions with their money,” said Cindi. She has a reputation for being an expert at Financial Needs Analysis, showing clients how to become properly protected, debt free and financially independent.

Cindi works with an impressive list of providers, including MetLife,Voya (formerly ING), AXA, Lincoln, Legg Mason, Lockwood, Invesco, etc. She is Life Licensed and Securities Licensed. “I began my business because I didn’t trust investing my money without understanding what I was doing. I know a lot of people feel the same, and it is very rewarding helping families,” she said.

Cindi is also an Accounting / Human Resources Manager at Olson Technologies, Inc., a manufacturer of industrial valves. They specialize in Homestead Lubricated Plug Valves, Mosser Butterfly Valves and Eccentric Non-Lubricated Plug Valves. Her areas of expertise include employee benefits, 401(k) plans, management of their Finance Department, including financial statements, and daily HR functions.
