Her success as a leader is illustrated by her proven track record when it comes to improving employee engagement and productivity results.
With an emphasis on teamwork and interdepartmental cooperation, Ms. DiLeo ensures members consistently experience the highest level of customer satisfaction. She continually strives to keep the credit union focused on the needs and financial goals of all of its 12,000 members.
