Alexa Brennan is recognized as an NAPW VIP Woman of the Year for her outstanding leadership and commitment within her profession

NAPW honors Alexa Brennan, Regional Vice President at Midland National Life Insurance, as a 2014 Professional Woman of the Year for leadership in corporate recruitment with this prestigious distinction. As the largest, most-recognized organization of women in the country, spanning virtually every industry and profession, the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) is a powerfully vibrant networking community with over 600,000 members and nearly 300 Local Chapters.

After her father’s passing Alexa Brennan took over his position as Regional VP at Midland National Life Insurance and found an outlet for her exceptional management and leadership skills. “I love helping people to grow their businesses and achieve their personal goals,” says Ms. Brennan, who is responsible for Midland’s management, sales, financials leadership and recruitment throughout the states of Colorado, Wyoming and Montana. Ms. Brennan received a B.B.A. in Finance from Texas Woman's University and is currently involved with NAIFA.

As Regional Vice President, Ms. Brennan works closely with independent agents to uncover overlooked opportunities to help them save time, have fun and most important make money. With the use of her exceptional communication and presentation and leadership skills, Ms. Brennan has been able to create a region of individuals who work together towards common goals. She considers taking over her father’s role to be her greatest accomplishment.

Ms. Brennan is committed to her mission of growing her existing region of life insurance sales and bringing young professionals into the life insurance and financial industries and to educate people on the importance of life insurance.
