Martha K. Martin's expertise includes public finance and languages (bilingual in Spanish). As Senior Vice President and Statewide Manager at Frost Bank, she expertly provides banking consultation to her clients statewide. A dedicated professional, Ms. Martin also mentors several young adults inside and outside of the work.
Ms. Martin received two Bachelor of Arts degrees in International Relations and Languages from Stephen F. Austin State University. She teaches accredited banking classes at a number of venues including the SFA Advisory Board for the School of Liberal Arts & Applied Sciences; Texas Women in Public Finance; the Texas Association of Counties; The County Treasurers Association of Texas; the Government Finance Officers of Texas; the Government Treasurers of Texas and the Texas Municipal League.
