The National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) honors Sandra Koehne as a 2015-2016 inductee into its VIP Woman of the Year Circle. She is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in business. NAPW is the nation’s leading networking organization exclusively for professional women, boasting more than 700,000 members and over 200 operating Local Chapters.

Sandra Koehne has been working in animal health since 1998. Currently, she is a Senior Manager at Merial, a world-leading animal health company. She has a wide range of experience when it comes to good manufacturing and laboratory processes, process and method validations for viral and microbiological methods, and quality control.

Prior to her position at Merial, Ms. Koehne was a Senior Technician at Fort Dodge Animal Health, which provides a comprehensive range of products to enhance the health and well-being of animals. The company has pioneered many game changers in veterinary medicine, and is continually focusing its efforts on the needs of its customers. Merial believes in smart solutions and takes a prevention-focused approach to meeting today’s animal health challenges.

For her demonstrated business intelligence and leadership in the field of biotechnology and microbiology, Ms. Koehne exemplifies exceptional determination and intellectual creativity. She is a role-model and inspiration to the membership of NAPW.
