National Association of Professional Women Inducts Cecilia Ciarlo, National Director Sales and Marketing/Owner of Bella Gluten-Free, Into its VIP Woman of the Year Circle
Garden City, NY (PRWEB) December 02, 2015 -- The National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) honors Cecilia Ciarlo as a 2015-2016 inductee into its VIP Woman of the Year Circle. She is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in food services. NAPW is the nation’s leading networking organization exclusively for professional women, boasting 850,000 members and over 200 operating Local Chapters.
“I’m pleased to welcome Cecilia into this exceptional group of professional women,” said NAPW President Star Jones. “Her knowledge and experience in her industry are valuable assets to her company and community.”
In 2008, Cecilia Ciarlo left a career in nursing to attend Le Cordon Bleu School of Culinary Arts. While in culinary school, she was diagnosed with severe gluten intolerance and thus began a quest to learn the secrets of “beautiful” gluten-free cuisine. Bella Gluten-Free was established in 2010 and is committed to bringing the best allergen friendly mixes to market.
As Owner of Bella Gluten-Free, Ms. Ciarlo is responsible for sales. In 2015, she launched Bella Gluten-Free Cup-to-Table in Minutes, a line using whole grain flours and superior ingredients. It allows consumers to make fresh baked products in their home in just minutes. The company has steadily expanded into natural food markets, as well as online through the company’s website.
“Bella Gluten-Free meets a great need providing food that is delicious, nutritious and gluten-free. There are many products on the market that substitute for glutenized foods, but they do not provide a nutritional value and they do not taste good,” she said. “The world’s most prominent scientists, researchers, healthcare practitioners, leaders and opinion-leaders have
so much knowledge to share. Yet, many of them do not get the platform or the opportunity to share. I would really love to be a great influencer to move the conversation forward on the topic of gluten-related disorders, with and without celiac disease, all while continuing to develop Bella Gluten-Free products to meet this great need.”
