“I’m pleased to welcome Jamie into this exceptional group of professional women,” said NAPW President Star Jones. “Her knowledge and experience in her industry are valuable assets to her company and community.”
Jamie Roehrs has always had a passion for sports. While attending the University of Colorado at Boulder, she studied Integrative Physiology and Sports Medicine. Ms. Roehrs has been the Assistant Manager at Apple Greens Golf Course for two years. Her responsibilities include managing staff, interacting with customers, creating new marketing strategies to produce a new customer base and assisting in maintenance of the grounds when necessary. She always represents the brand with the upmost professionalism.
“The golf business is a recreational luxury for many people,” she said. “It is pivotal to provide customers with a product that is predictable, approachable, relaxing, fun and has a bit of a challenge. I use my skills and experience as a Personal Trainer to interact with our customers to produce a constant stream of feedback to enforce a continuous fl ow of improvement.”
Celebrating 20 years of being in business this year, Ms. Roehrs is justifiably proud of her marketing achievements, which has been awarded as Hudson Valley Magazine’s Best Public Golf Course in the Hudson Valley. One of her future goals is to get her training certification as a Titleist Performance Institute Golf Coach.
