The National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) honors Gayle Quigley as a 2015-2016 inductee into its VIP Woman of the Year Circle. She is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in the beauty industry. NAPW is the nation’s leading networking organization exclusively for professional women, boasting more than 700,000 members and over 200 operating Local Chapters.

Owner of Head to Head, a full-service salon in West Milford, NJ, she provides a one-stop oasis for men and woman to restore cosmetic well-being.

Licensed in cosmetology and currently pursuing a Master Barber’s license, Mrs. Quigley continues to educate herself to expand her knowledge in the beauty industry. Her skills include color, hair repair, hair volumizing, John Shag dry cuts, straightening and extensions. Owning her business and keeping the clientele growing, Mrs. Quigley has learned the vital components to a successful salon is client relations, customer service, new techniques, marketing, business development, team work and continuing training and education.

Aside from being a successful business Owner and Hair Stylist, Mrs. Quigley is drawn to many charitable organizations. She is extremely supportive of “Operation Smile,” an organization that believes every child suffering from cleft lip or a cleft palate deserves exceptional surgical care. She is also involved with several cancer awareness organizations.
