National Association of Professional Women Announces Renee Coad, Office Manager for Dr. Paul L. Craig of Anchorage, Alaska, a 2014 Professional Woman of the Year
Garden City, NY (PRWEB) November 25, 2014 -- NAPW honors Renee Coad as a 2014 Professional Woman of the Year. Ms. Coad is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in office management. For nearly 20 years, Ms. Coad has expertly managed the offices of a number of healthcare providers, including Alaska Regional Hospital and Anchorage Fracture and Orthopedic Clinic. Since 2006, she has been the Office Manager for Dr. Paul L. Craig, a board-certified clinical neuropsychologist in Anchorage, Alaska.
As a senior level Office Manager, Ms. Coad is instrumental in ensuring Dr. Craig’s office runs smoothly and that all patients receive personalized care. Her role is that of a patient advocate, as she schedules appointments and handles the necessary paperwork and referrals with insurance carriers. Ms. Coad recognizes the challenges that many of these patients will face while undergoing neuropsychological evaluation and treatment and does her best to make the experience as stress-free as possible.
Prior to her work in the healthcare industry, Ms. Coad held a number of other positions including Society Editor for Great Falls Tribune in Great Falls, MT 1967 to 1968. She contributed more than 10,000 volunteer hours to the Anchorage School District, the Boy and Girl Scouts of America, Little League baseball and softball and her church. A nationally certified knitting instructor, Ms. Coad was the Owner and Manager of Hillside Woolens. As Ms. Coad approaches retirement, she looks forward to mentoring and training others.
