The National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) honors Sherri Luchs as a 2015-2016 inductee into its VIP Woman of the Year Circle. She is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in healthcare. NAPW is the nation's leading networking organization exclusively for professional women, boasting more than 700,000 members and over 200 operating Local Chapters.

A self-motivated and results-driven healthcare professional, Sherri Luchs is experienced in coaching, mentoring, leadership training, problem resolution, strategic planning, process improvement and project lead. For about a year, Ms. Luchs has been responsible for providing instruction and organizational education focusing on Lean Six Sigma initiatives and methodology.

Providing guidance and support to clients is very important to Ms. Luchs. She offers them a wide range of initiatives including workforce optimization, labor productivity, system integration, resource management and business analytics. With experience in leading research, she is able to develop strategies and strategically plan policy development, project facilitation and technology solutions.

Through her mentoring skills, Ms. Luchs can coach clients in key areas such as leadership skills, facilitation methods and professional development. She enjoys educating clients within the academic medical center and helping those around her in their professional development. Her goal is to also continue to grow professionally.
