National Association of Professional Women Inducts Nancy Banda, M.H.A., Senior Area Manager at Sodexo Healthcare, Into its VIP Woman of the Year Circle
Garden City, NY (PRWEB) September 29, 2015 -- The National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) honors Nancy Banda as a 2015-2016 inductee into its VIP Woman of the Year Circle. She is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in healthcare services. Nancy Banda is a successful Senior Area Manager at Sodexo Healthcare, which specializes in improving quality of life services for acute and long-term care facilities. In her role, Ms. Banda is responsible for incorporating proficiencies related to Physicians For Healthy Hospitals, Inc., including improved quality of food, nutrition and environmental services for three hospital systems.
“My professional goal is to equip Sodexo management and staff with the skills, emotional intelligence and motivation to consistently offer quality assurance and customer care to our clients,” said Ms. Banda. “Together, we will move in a direction of an improved quality of production technique that provides fresh and exciting menu systems to our facilities.”
In addition to her remarkable contributions to Sodexo, Ms. Banda is currently the President-elect of the Inland District Dietetic Association. She was recently selected to participate in a dynamic mentorship program for emerging leaders called IMPACT 2015, where she will work with the Vice President to grow the development and awareness of her already expansive skillset.
“As President-elect of the Inland District Dietetic Association, stemming from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, my goal is to recruit additional powerful women and offer them an empowered network of like-minded women as well as opportunities to take advantage of mentorship platforms,” she said.
