National Association of Professional Women Announces Winifred K. Lucht, Patient Financial Services Manager at Marshfield Clinic, a 2015 Professional Woman of the Year

Working collaboratively with her staff, she seamlessly manages the day-to-day operations, expertly handling all issues, including technical, billing, budgeting, customer service and staffing.
Throughout her career, Ms. Lucht, a former U.S. Air Force veteran, has honed her leadership skills. She knows the importance of effectively communicating with her staff, listening to their needs and showing an interest in their lives. “Communication is an invaluable skill a leader needs.
