With a natural love for healthcare, Catherine Wong found her calling while in college. She is now Clinical Manager at Doctors Plus Medical Center, which she joined in May 2015.

Ms. Wong’s key responsibilities are ensuring clinic operations are running smoothly, meeting with third party companies to grow the practice and managing our office staff and practitioners. “I use my skills to drive the office forward towards innovation,” she said. “I am cognizant of the staff and patients’ needs, and make certain all office operations run smoothly and consistently with our schedule.”

The most rewarding aspect of Ms. Wong’s career is, first and foremost, achieving patient satisfaction and managing and office staff of professionals and practitioners. Finding the time to balance work and her social life is often challenging, since she is extremely passionate about her field of work. Eventually, she would like to become a health policymaker. She hopes to achieve her goal after obtaining more administrative and clinical experience in healthcare.
