National Association of Professional Women Announces Karen S. Thompson, Advisor at CVS Caremark, as a 2014 Professional Woman of the Year

Mrs. Thompson is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in marketing and data analysis. Karen Thompson has enjoyed 24 years with CVS Caremark. She has steadily climbed the ladder of success at CVS holding numerous key positions including Account Manager, Associate Program Analyst, Program Analyst, Product Manager and Strategic Account Executive. In her current role as Advisor, Mrs. Thompson uses her specialized skills in marketing, data analysis, systems and reporting, working on the IT Platform consolidation company wide project.
A member of the CVS Caremark, Womens Success Network, Mrs. Thompson loves that CVS Caremark helps people on their path to better health. Knowing her contributions to the projects she is involved with helps to make that happen is an added bonus.
Mrs. Thompson has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Eastern Illinois University, and an Associate of Applied Science and Associate of Science from College of Lake County.
