As Manager of Clinical Operations, Ms. Kovatch has the opportunity to work remotely. In her prior position with PPA Health Sciences as Clinical Team Manager, her job duties included administrative management for over 30 clinical project associates across multiple medical specialties. She also provided oversight and leadership, forecasted and assisted in project implementation, helped to ensure training compliance for her company while employees work with Merck and analyzed resource utilization to ensure compliance with budgets.
In previous positions, Ms. Kovatch led clinical trials, compiled study reports, acted as the primary point of contact for investigative sites and coached junior colleagues. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from Seton Hall University in English Literature and Biology. She became a Certified Clinical Research Professional in August 2013.
