Ms. Wadsworth is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in coaching and wellness. Lynne Wadsworth’s background includes paralegal work as well as being the Computer Administrator at Pilka & Associates. Prior to her paralegal career, she was an Insurance Agent and Office Manager for State Farm Insurance. Ms. Wadsworth worked for the Tampa Bay Psychoanalytic Society for 12 years while still working full time. She also currently works with Dr. Karen D. Unger, a Mental Health Counselor. “My passion for health and wellness has always been a constant throughout my life. My company, Holistic Health and Wellness, is a reflection of that passion,” says Ms. Wadsworth who derives great satisfaction from seeing people reach maximum health in every area of their lives.
Holistic Health and Wellness offers a full range of services that address a multitude of health concerns, from arthritis to hypertension, as well as migraine and chronic headaches, and other complex issues that can be diminished by proper nutrition and lifestyle changes. As a Certified Health Coach, Ms. Wadsworth also works with people who want to lose weight through lifestyle change. She received her Health Coach Certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
