Renee D. Mosley, is recognized as an NAPW VIP Woman of the Year for her outstanding leadership and commitment within her profession

I served in the US military for 12 years, which has been the most rewarding aspect of my profession.

NAPW honors Renee D. Mosley, Human Capital Management Analyst at the Department of Navy, as a 2014-2015 Professional Woman of the Year. Ms. Mosley is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in human capital management. As the largest, most-recognized networking organization of professional women in the country, spanning virtually every industry and profession, the National Association of Professional Women is a powerfully vibrant networking community with over 600,000 members and over 200 Local Chapters.

“I served in the US military for 12 years, which has been the most rewarding aspect of my profession,” says Ms. Mosley.

As a Human Capital Management Analyst at the Department of Navy, which specializes in homeland defense naval intelligence, Ms. Mosley presides over the entire human resource division. In her role, she oversees three departments, including recruitment, staffing and benefits.

Ms. Mosley received double Master degrees in Human Resource Management and Human Resource Development from Webster University. She is now studying Management in Organizational Leadership for her Ph.D. at University of Phoenix. Ms. Mosley is currently involved with SHRM, ASTD and The Federally Employed Women.
