She is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in human resources. NAPW is the nation’s leading networking organization exclusively for professional women, boasting more than 700,000 members and over 200 operating Local Chapters.

“I’m pleased to welcome Debra into this exceptional group of professional women,” said NAPW President Star Jones. “Her knowledge and experience in her industry are valuable assets to her company and community.”

Upon graduation from college, Ms. Bogowitz embarked on a career in sales and marketing in the technology field. She eventually parlayed her exceptional people and business skills into an equally successful career in human resources.

“For the last two-and-a-half years, I’ve been the Vice President of Human Resources at Lattice Semiconductor Corporation,” said Ms. Bogowitz. “In this role, I’m relied upon to establish and drive the global human resource (HR) strategy.”

Helping Ms. Bogowitz achieve the company’s objectives is a team of highly respected HR professionals. Using her expert leadership skills, she provides guidance, encourages collaborative thinking and finds creative solutions as they work together toward common goals.

“Accomplishing great things takes a great team—you can’t do it alone. Truly high-performance teams need two things: diversity and a shared vision. High performance teams don’t always see things the same way, but they work together in service of doing the very best for the company. As a leader, it’s my job to set the tone for this level of trust, risk taking and learning. Leadership is also about enlisting people in a shared vision for what can be—and helping them work together to deliver their individual and collective best,” said this hard-working mother of three.
