National Association of Professional Women Inducts Racheal Smith, HR Manager/Office Manager/Executive Assist. to VP, C4 Connections, Into its VIP Woman of the Year Circle
Garden City, NY (PRWEB) June 23, 2015 -- The National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) honors Racheal Smith as 2015-2016 inductee into its VIP Woman of the Year Circle. She is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in business. Racheal Smith brings a long history of diverse business experience to her leadership role with C4 Connections. She has previously worked as a Sales Agent, Executive Administrative Assistant and President of the PTA in both of her children’s schools. She uses the skills she honed in all of these positions in her role as Human Relations Manager at C4 Connections, where she is also Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the Vice President of the company.
Although challenging, Ms. Smith is able to handle the multiple roles at C4 Connections by creating a workplace and workforce that is human to the core. She is responsible for scheduling interviews, completing and filing new hire paperwork, maintaining the office’s day-to-day operations and screening applicants.
Ms. Smith excels in prioritizing, completing multiple tasks simultaneously and following through to achieve project objectives. She is determined to reach her goal of increasing her responsibilities and authority. Also recognizing the importance of giving back, she continues to volunteer with many different causes within her community, including Emmaus House, the Georgia PTA and New World Celts.
