For nearly five years, Ms. Brown has held the role of Manager, Talent Acquisition at Fairmont Santrol, a leader in the mining industry. Responsible for all facets of human resources (HR), she brings a unique combination of empathy, strategy and knowledge to all of her interactions with staff and colleagues.
Using her skills in talent acquisition, Ms. Brown works tirelessly to build a team of dedicated professionals who are committed to upholding Fairmont Santrol’s long-standing reputation of delivering products and services of the highest quality. She excels at recruiting and training new hires; labor relations, compliance, management teamwork building, creation and implementation of HR policies, communication, client relations, strategic planning and motivational leadership.
Ms. Brown earned her Bachelor’s degree from DeVry University. A dedicated professional, she is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management and Development Dimensions International.
