National Association of Professional Women Inducts Jennifer Doyle, HR Manager of DCC America, LLC, Into its VIP Woman of the Year Circle

I’m pleased to recognize Jennifer with this important honor. Her perseverance, work ethic and leadership qualities are an inspiration to all women.

The National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) honors Jennifer Doyle as a 2015-2016 inductee into its VIP Woman of the Year Circle. She is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in human resources. NAPW is the nation’s leading networking organization exclusively for professional women, boasting more than 700,000 members and over 200 operating local chapters.

“I’m pleased to recognize Jennifer with this important honor,” said NAPW President Star Jones. “Her perseverance, work ethic and leadership qualities are an inspiration to all women.”

Jennifer Doyle’s commitment to DCC America, LLC is evident by her reputation as an outstanding manager and leader. She specializes in recruiting and human resources (HR), focusing on such areas of expertise as relationship development, human resource growth and empowerment. She is currently studying various business development subjects.

Ms. Doyle has much experience in human resources. She first started her career at a different company as an HR representative, later moving on to HR coordinator, HR generalist and most recently, a Manager at DCC America. Hired in 2014, she is responsible for recruiting, OHSA compliance, benefits administration, employee development, mediator, coaching and temporary contractor hiring.

Describing herself as “tenacious with an outgoing Human Resource talent,” Ms. Doyle continues to grow her skills and expertise. She finds her career most rewarding when she helps people find the perfect job to call their own. Along with her love of nurturing people, Ms. Doyle gives back to her community by joining many charities. She has volunteered at the Habitat for Humanity Wake County, Stop Hunger Now, Military Missions in Action, Tammy Lynn Center for Developmental Disabilities and Conservators’ Center.
