Ms. Spaeth’s professional title is Executive Director at Kendall County Food Pantry. Her skills and areas of expertise include nutrition, business management and education. She is currently involved with the American Dietetics Association, Feeding America, the Northern Illinois Food Bank and the Hunger Resource Network; to name a few. Along with her husband and seven children, she continues fighting against hunger in America and reaching out to children in need.
“I am passionate about assisting young people, teaching them how to care for one another, as well as themselves, fighting hunger and poverty in America and training the future generation leadership characteristics,” she said.
