NAPW Announces Nichole R. Wiley-Marks, Director of Sales Operations, N.A. at Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions, a 2014 Professional Woman of the Year

Ms. Wiley-Marks is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in sales operations. As Director of Sales Operations, N.A. for Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions for the past ten years, Ms. Wiley-Marks oversees operations in North America for the company, a global provider of products, services and solutions to industrial and commercial users of electronic components and enterprise computing solutions. Among her many skills are supply chain management, project management, process improvement and data integration. Her primary focus, says Ms. Wiley-Marks, is “identifying how organizations work and then designing processes and systems for making them work better.” Prior to joining Arrow, Ms. Wiley-Marks held key managerial positions at Verizon and AT&T.
An advocate for professional and personal development who continually looks for ways to challenge herself and those around her, Ms. Wiley-Marks has an M.S. from Indiana University. “Continued growth in my profession, increasing my area of responsibility and impacting up-and-coming talent within the Arrow organization and within the industry is my desire,” says Ms. Wiley-Marks. “I believe that there is always room for improvement.”
