NAPW Announces Tammie Seely, Global Intellectual Property Practice Manager at Squire Patton Boggs (US) LLP, a 2015 Professional Woman of the Year

Ms. Seely is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in the Intellectual Property (IP) field. For more than 30 years, Ms. Seely has been successfully working in the field of intellectual property, an area of law that she loves, respects and believes makes a positive difference in the world. At Squire Patton Boggs (US) LLP, Ms. Seely brings her passion and knowledge for IP to her role as the Global Intellectual Property Practice Manager as she oversees the firm’s IP practice groups, working closely with attorneys and clients to implement and manage effective and efficient processes and procedures.
Before joining Squire Patton Boggs, Ms. Seely had her own company where she provided training and consulting services on IP matters. Well-respected in the industry for her knowledge and expertise, Ms. Seely has taught many seminars and courses, both nationally and internationally, to educate people about IP and the importance of innovation and protecting those innovations. Covering topics such as 'Patents A to Z,' Ms. Seely's students have included attorneys, paralegals, inventors and entrepreneurs.
Sharing her expansive knowledge of all things IP continues to be a goal of Ms. Seely’s and she plans to incorporate more training seminars and speaking engagements into her schedule. “Understanding the positive role innovation and enforced protection of same are key for continued global growth and connectivity," says Ms. Seely.
