NAPW Inducts Kathy Eichlin, Head of Internal communications at Syngenta North America Into its VIP Professional Woman of the Year Circle

She earned her Master’s in Executive Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University and her Master’s in Organizational Communication from Northern Illinois University. A graduate of Otterbein University, Ms. Eichlin received her Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations.
Having exceptional business acumen is not Ms. Eichlin’s only passion; she is also drawn to charitable organizations. She selflessly gives of her time and energy to the United Way of Greensboro Women’s Leadership, The Community Theater of Greensboro and the Greensboro Community in Schools organizations serving on their boards. Ms. Eichlin resides in Oak Ridge, North Carolina with her husband and two children.
