National Association of Professional Women Inducts Sherri Morris, Executive Asst. and Manager of Concordia Plan Services, into its 2015-2016 VIP Woman of the Year Circle
Garden City, NY (PRWEB) May 12, 2015 -- The National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) honors Sherri Morris, as a 2015-2016 inductee into the NAPW VIP Woman of the Year Circle. She is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in business. Ms. Morris is Executive Assistant to the President and Manager of the Executive Office at Concordia Plan Services (CPS), benefits provider for Lutheran Church workers. She is at the center of owning board member experience, creating favorable relationships among CPS staff and board members as well as other Church leaders, conducting effective interviews, establishing and accomplishing goals, and training and developing staff.
Her position at CPS has encouraged Ms. Morris to pursue a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management, Non-Profit Business Management, and Marketing at the University of Wisconsin at St. Louis Campus. Ms. Morris is confident her education will further enhance her capabilities in the field. She is expected to graduate in 2017.
In 2014, Ms. Morris had the honor of being asked to discuss Security and Permissions as a guest speaker at the 2nd Annual BoardEffect Conference in Washington, D.C.
