National Association of Professional Women Announces Patti Gerres, Petroleum Landman at Crew Land Research, LTD, a 2014 Professional Woman of the Year

Patti Gerres has been a professional Landman for over seven years. She has worked for several industry leaders, which have contributed to her becoming the successful Landman she is today. Presently, in her position as a Petroleum Landman at Crew Land Research, LTD, she is running full land title searches from sovereignty of the soil to present day, to lease the land for potential drill sites. Ms. Gerres considers Crew Land Research, LTD, the most beneficial company she has contracted with, as it has been in business for 32 years, and has the most professional, knowledgeable Brokers and Landmen in the industry.
“I am proficient in title / supplemental title runsheets, curing portions of title opinions in an effort to clear title, mineral ownership, leasing and Acquisitions,” says Ms. Gerres. She is also a Notary Public for the State of Texas and is exceptional at conducting direct and indirect searches in the County and District Clerk’s office. “I have been blessed with the chance to go to work every day with a smile on my face. In her highly regarded position, Ms. Gerres does extensive systematic investigations into materials and sources in order to establish facts and reach new conclusions.
